As a passionate photographer and filmmaker, I love to inspire others to learn more about photography and/or film. Opening people’s eyes and heart to beauty and stimulating people from a young age to experiment, have been an important incentive in my career to work as an visual art teacher next to working on photography and video assignments and my own projects. I think that I am what you might call an humanist and I believe in the creative and positive potential of each human being.

To acquire sound educational and teaching skills I followed a teacher training at the Amsterdam University of the Arts. I teach both children and adults.

In the past I have given photography workshops at the Museum for Photography ‘Huis Marseille’ in Amsterdam and I currently teach photography at the Teekenschool of the Rijksmuseum and give guided tours at The EYE Filmmuseum in Amsterdam.
